the other day i was in class and they were talking about the separation of church in the 16th century and the professor asked me about it and of course i don’t remember shit nor care about it so i said “i’m jewish, I don’t know.” he said “it’s history, you should know about it” and i said “it’s your history, not mine. do you know about my people’s history? or the aboriginal people of our country’s history? the history that should matter to us? no. then i don’t care about your church’s history.” he finally said i was right but i could feel the hatred from so many classmates, it was awesome
