This is the correct pronounciation by going off the intended Japanese meaning. Saiyans are referred to as “Saiya-jin” in Japan, pretty much meaning Saiya People. Saiya is a syllable rearrangement of “Yasai”, meaning vegetable. So Saiyan-jin are essentially vegetable people, hence the various puns in the character’s names (e.g. KaKAROT, Vegeta[ble], etc.).

So, unintentionally, this video pronounces it right which doubles further as another pun since Goku’s hair colour is pretty much close to “cyan”.
